Yoga
Less is more: this pretty much sums up my outlook on life. As even I sometimes can’t see the wood for the (yoga) trees, I have consciously chosen to limit the offering of E motion to the basics.
For me yoga is a subtle form of movement that, in today’s stressful environment, allows me to rediscover myself and connect with my body. During classes I tap into the needs of the modern Western person in our society that operates 24/7. This yoga is taught from a modern perspective with the aim of gently combining body and spirit. The effect: more rest, harmony, insight and clarity in daily activities.
