Inspiring workshops
A workshop is a wonderful and fun way to immerse yourself in a specific subject. That's why E motion organizes, besides the regular class schedule, also inspiring workshops on a regular basis. These are all focused on the basis of E motion: movement. We take the time to tune in to the body and make room for what - at this moment - is going on in your life. Earlier this already resulted in a relaxed workshop restorative yoga and a cozy Vinoyasa (yoga and wine) workshop.
