Just call me Peer

I am Geertje ‘Peer’ Brinkmann. Peer is the nickname given to me by my younger brothers and I have since adopted it as ‘my name’. It fits me like a glove: short, powerful, feminine and tough. My surname is that of my mother, which I have officially taken. My mother and brothers are three very important people in my life and I carry these names with much love.

A joyfull and balanced life

Movement is a way for me to express my feelings. I use this form in guiding others in their quest for a joyful and balanced life. In 2007 I graduated from the Fontys Dance Academy as a dance teacher. Also, in addition to a HBO Massage education, I have completed a professional Yoga Teacher’s Training and a Pilates Training. However, I still learn something new every day! I keep myself up-to-date by regularly following courses and trainings related to my work. 

Pleasure, inspiration, authenticity and safety form the basis of what E motion offers. I am always ready to share with you my enthusiasm and love for my chosen profession. If you are unsure if E motion could benefit you, then just give it a try! You will always receive a warm welcome at E motion.

Meet Brenda

It is with enthusiasm that I introduce to you my colleague Brenda, from Kenya! She is my right hand in the field of massages. Brenda supports me at LUMC Leiden and gives relaxation massages at E motion. She is a super nice addition and gives some air in my overcrowded schedule. Brenda is a status holder and originally a specialized nurse. She also desperately wanted to work in the Netherlands, but was thwarted by the IND. I am very happy that she came my way and I was able to give her the opportunity to train as a masseur. After being discouraged by the IND, she grabbed this opportunity with both hands. And it worked out incredibly well!
